Letdown It looks nice but for the price I paid the beds were awful.

I am so sorry. We have serta mattresses and normally get great reviews. Can you contact me so I can make sure I know what room may have a defective mattress, though they are new.
No sleep Only got 3 hours of sleep because there was children running down the hall & kept knocking on our door. I called the front desk to complain & no answer. I talked to the children to please stop & they leapt continue doing it at night. Furthermore, we got dropped off at six flags (shuttle) & we kept calling front Desk and shuttle to pick us up From six flags and nothing. We had to walk from the park, back to the hotel room in the middle of the night. In addition, There was not enough OJ for Breakfast.

It was very clean, Most of your people were nice but you provided a shuttle to the game at ATT Stadium and we were told that you would pick us up any time the game was over but after we got on the shuttle to go to the game the man driving told us we had to call for a ride before 10:30 because the shuttle did not run after 11. Never again The bed was comfortable. That is the only good thing. The bathroom did not feel clean. There was various forms of staining on the surfaces. Our room looked to be handicap accessible so there was a shower chair - it was cracked and nasty. The main shower head didn’t work- the hand shower did work . It was a cramped shower and I opted for a sponge bath because I couldn’t be sure it had been cleaned well- it didn’t look like that. Mad upset Food service no good no room service was avallable do to cook not being there cause he was the shuttle driver poor service from waitress very rude and disrespectful toward Customers for ordering food

Our room wasnt cleaned there was food on the floor around beds there was crumps inside microwave and fridge bathroom floor was dirty..

Staff did not clean room on 2 days of a 4 day stay. On the second day, I spoke with the front desk, there was no offer to then clean the room.

During my 2 night stay, I went to front desk for a few different reasons. Most of the time the employees were on their cell devices and once nobody was there. i just wanted to purchase a candy bar. I left and paid the next morning. The breakfast was bland tasting. Scrambled eggs tasted grainy....gravy for biscuits had very little flavor.

Could be cleaner Someone had spilled grease from "fast food" on the floor of one of the elevators. I saw the puddle on my way to the pool, so went by the front desk to let the person there know (wouldn't want someone to slip in the liquid). The next morning, we rode in that elevator and saw the puddle had been allowed to dry, in place. How much effort would it have taken to wipe up the spill??? Makes me wonder how many other things were left to chance!!! And, the beds were lumpy.
