I didn’t like that our room was dirty upon entering also pets chasing you around and the long wait at the front desk

We chose this property for the proximity to the actives we came to town for.

We had problem with the room service and supply provided in room. we booked double bed for 4 people and they just provide 1 shampoo,1 shop and 2 towel. Moreover, room phone is also not working in room 132 so you need to make quite a trip to front desk. Wired breakfast timing ever and no one inform you at the front desk until you asked. overall not good experience at this location.

The guy at the reception didn't sound professional at all, he even burp while looking for my info, the small table where i had to sign was dirty and empty water bottles. The breakfast from 5:30am to 8:00am in our vacation? who wakes up that early during vacation! Our room looked "clean" but the floors were sticky and tables weren't clean.

Don't waste your money. 1. Coffee makers in both of the phones we paid for did not work. 2. Breakfast was only from 5:30-7am. 3. There was a brown smudges on the bathtub beside the toilet. Choose a different place in Arlington. Even though it is new, don't let that fool you.
