Old &Tired Pros: We were on the back side so it was a quiet room. Cons: Update! Location: Good for the Balloon Fiesta. Convenient to field and to shuttle bus at church. Room antiquated. Location good for Balloon Fiesta. Bill for our cousin had to be corrected and we are still trying to get our's straightened out! Won't stay here again!'

Pros: Nothing Cons: See dislikes above. Didn't state they were pet friendly. Didn't clean rooms or makeup beds everyday. Door lock almost falling off. Best parking stalls taken by hotel vehicles. Won't stay there again.

the hotel is dirty in our first room the TV didn't workthe phone didn't work in the AC didn't work had to be moved to a new room the hotel is dirty we tried using the hot tub it would not warm at all they said it was broke

Inexpensive Choice Staff was very courteous. This hotel is in need of some updates. Our room was not very clean, towels and linens were, but this room was in need of a deep cleaning. I would say, this hotel is more for the business traveler. "Arrive late, leave early"

Given Smoking room, reserved Non-smoking Checked in late, around midnight. I had previously confirmed the reservation by phone, and was asked specifically if I wanted smoking or n/s, confirmed n/s. I was given a smoking room that smelled awful. Called front desk and requested a change but was told the room was non-smoking, andthat all smoking rooms were on the top floor, which was obviously not true.

Noisy Pros: Beds were comfortable Cons: Breakfast variety Noisy dogs and doors Location: Close to airport Dogs everywhere - barking Room doors slamming Light switch/control confusing Breakfast bland/unappetizing Elevators slow and too far apart from lobby

After UT Game: room not ready or clean Arrived 11:30 after UT game. Reception took 5 phone calls while we waited, then explained, "I just came on, no idea if we have rooms or if made up...no one else here" though reservation was guaranteed. He walked the halls for 10 minutes, gave us a room. Sink area had hair, a bottle cap on the floor, a pair of dirty socks outside the door, coffee area dirty. Room was hot. Hotel in need of repairs Hotel common areas were dirty . Room was hot and uncomfortable. Volume on TV was set so low I couldn't hear it . Maintenance adjusted it but didn't help the ac much. The place had a lot of peeling paint and rotten wood. The windows were all clouded over and the hot uh was in bad shape and didn't work properly. Would never stay there again!

The room smelled smoking. I do not think I would like to stay this place in the future
