CONSTRUCTION SITE / DO NOT STAY THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. NO LOBBY, NO GYM, SHEETROCK AND PAINT EVERYWHERE. TERRIBLE CONDITION. BAD EXPERIENCE.
Under renovation Hotel was under construction and all areas were very dirty (apart from the the room itself which smelt like new rubber carpet!)

Warning: Hotel Is Under Construction Pros: Location in proximity to airport Cons: Please, are you kidding? Location: Starbucks and gas across the street This is really crazy that they had the nerve to book guests when this place is totally under construction. Place was an absolute mess and filthy. Give it about 3 months before booking here.

Pros: See details above Cons: Attention to detail and better coffee The exterior of the hotel looks very nice but the inside tell an opposite story. The hotel elevator needs cleaning and attention to detail. This elevator has been forgotten and could look much better if it was cared for. The hallways have wallcovering that is coming deraching from the wall. The corridors needs cleaning. The bathroom tub needs attention around the floor. below average Pros: Light breakfast and shuttle service Cons: Major maintenance and cleaning Cost with tax just over $200 for one night. The room had been vacuumed but was in generally dirty. The window was smeared with hand prints. The bed headboard was smeared up. The bathroom door had rot on the bottom with mismatched hardware. The bathroom exhaust fan was not working and appeared to be plugged up with dust. The television stopped working.

Dirty and run down The hotel looks great from the outside but the inside is run down, extremely dirty, the carpet was stained, the furniture was stained and the floor was sticky. We have stayed at many La Quinta establishments and have never experienced this quality.
