My friend got bit by bed bugs It was horrible the tolet ran all night Bed bugs left a trail of bite marks on my friend's leg

Never again!!! Booked the hotel at the last minute as I had to get to Austin a day earlier because of a storm coming to my departure city. It was the only hotel available. I was given a room which felt like it was in the parking lot of the interstate. Noise all night from people in the lot and the cars on the interstate. The room was the handicapped room and the shower was disgusting. The tile needed to be re-grouted and looked very dirty. I would not recommend We booked 2 night prior to arrival. Upon arrival the safety lock was to secured to the door of our room. It was reported to the front desk right away but was not repaired unti after 10 pm that night. We ended having to find the maid for clean towels the next day as that had not been replaced on the second day. The elevator did not work all the time and we walked 5 flights of stairs 5 different times. The room had an old musty smell. I would not recommend.
Horrible hotel! Dirtiest hotel We have ever experienced; so much so, I would not put my suitcases on the floor. There was a distinct odour of urine in the hallway into the elevator. In fact, the dirt/grime in the elevator in the corners was disgusting. The bathroom had mildew in the shower/tub surround. There was even old cement in the bottom of the tub which was stained black. The overall facility was not well maintained Pros: close to airport Cons: better maintence and food Location: nothing much nearby Not a very good hotel. The breakfast buffet was poor and the food generally unhealthly. The facility was dated and not well maintained. Our room door would not close and lock properly and we had to work hard on it to be sure it was locked.
Disappointed in Austin. Pros: Not much. Made reservations on Wednesday for Friday Arrival. Arrived on time. I limp, walk with cane, bad knees. Looking at me and you know climbing stairs is not ease. They put me in a room on the 4th floor. The elevator stops on the 3rd floor. Need I say more!!!!!
terrible noisy room and the staff could care less our room was beside the elevator maintenance room and it had a buzzing sound that went off every minute for 15 seconds. told the front desk and they could care less. had to ask for a new room, they didn't even offer. they didn't even offer and composition for only getting 3 hours of sleep for 275.00 a night. Smoke detector hanging off the wall.
The hallways were not swept until 4th day I was there. Shampoo was crap did not put additional shampoo for two days. When we asked for an extra pillow they lady just looked up n said we no have extra pillows. I've never been to a hotel that did not have an extra pillow!
Cons: Coffee in the restaurant was flavored. I was not only one who didn't care for it, I overheard someone say they would go to Starbucks! Location: Convenient to airport The shower leaked uncontrollably and the walls were so thin you could here TV and voices quite clearly in the next room. The room itself was roomy, probably because it was handicap accessible. Tea bags would be greatly appreciated in the room with the coffee.
