There are no water bottles in the room. We need to come down all the way to the reception to have water. This is ridiculous. For the price that you charge, 2 water bottles will not hurt you

Expedia screws me again Clueless Expedia overbooked me again. Never got to check in n had to drive a hour 2 in the morning to get a hotel after traveling all day

The television did not work. Pros: It was clean. Cons: See the title. Location: Not much - there's a Denny's. The television did not work. Apparently you need more info in this box, so fuck you, fuck you.

Very noisy! My room was right by the road, so there was very loud road noise all night long. The rooms are conjoined with doors giving access to neighboring rooms, and the family in the room next door was extremely loud. Their boy was crying and whining and they were talking very loudly until after 11pm, then started again at 4:30am. I had to put pillows over my head to try to sleep and still couldn't drown them out. Austin By the Airport Newly remodeled, so the place looks great. Only negative was guests in next room-very loud, very late. Rooms were adjoining, hotel needs to install heavy duty door sweeps on bottoms of adjoining rooms to reduce noise, as there is a good three inch gap!

Tv with a mind of its own and the death elevator Our TV was possessed it would change channels, shut off, turn on and the volume would go up and down all by it's self. We even took the battery's out of the remote, the maintenance man came up and changed out our remote and that still didn't help, we finally just unplugged the TV and went to bed. Whatever Loud construction outside my room at 9am, parking lot was full at 10pm because most of the lot was full of construction trash and work trucks. I got charged 9.50 for 2 small bottles of water

This is a noce hotel. But this particular visit al We were not able to stay. When we tried to checkin our bankcard was declined, yet the charge was there in the morning. At first they refused to refund us our money. After going thru management there is a pending refund. We had to stay at a less desired hotel next door due to this mix up.

Not worth the $ or your safety. The hotel is under construction and hallways are only one way exits. Rooms aren't as described online. Meaning king room only sleeps 2, no sofa bed. Staff was rude and hung up phone on me more then once. Breakfast was bad and we went next door to Dennys.
