During our stay the power went out and there were no offers for flashlights, no apologies, no offer of a refund. This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel that does not have some kind of plan. The staff had no idea of what to do. When I asked if there was any kind of back-up power they all had blank stares and had to call their manager. Not a pleasant stay at all. Very disappointed.

When checking in the lady in the front was short and rude, the hotel it self was ok you can tell it was older, the tub had chips in it and the base boards looked old and dirty like they kept adding paint to it. The doors to the restroom would get stuck and you had to pull or slam them pretty hard.

We have been staying here for the past 16 years, and always had a pleasant stay. This time was not up to par. As soon as we arrived in the room, I noticed that the refrigerator was running; however, it would not close. I reported this immediately, and it was resolved within an hour.-great! A few other issues we encountered: -A spot on the floor of the bathtub, about 7"x 4" needed resurfacing. It appeared that an attempt had been made to fix it, but it was poorly done & looked bad. I have already been in touch with Expedia with all the things that were wrong with this property. If this is what Expedia promotes for price point it promotes it, I will never use Expedia again.

Unfortunately the sheets and covers smell dirty I had to ask them to replace them.

Elevator was very dirty. Hallway smelled of marijuana. Back entrance card lock did not work. Late night desk girl was rude

Terrible airport pickup service late at night; they left me standing at the airport from 10:30 - 11:15, even after two calls.
