Bad The hotel was very nasty and not clean. The bath towels had a horrible smell and a bug was on one. The counter in the bathroom under the sink was dirty and nasty. The mattress was terrible. Housekeeping never came to clean my room or bring me towels after calling the front desk. Location.

Disappointing Floors in room were not clean. Hallway carpet needed cleaning Room prices were not honored to my Booking.com reservation. Blamed it on Booking.com There was not a manager on duty to discuss with me. Staff members did not speak good English. Hard to Confer with them Clean sheets and towels

It was ok Out floor did not have an elevator, we were on 3rd floor It was not very clean. Our key card was not working properly and we had to go to front seat for help The tv in our room did not work The curtain was broken and did not properly do up or down The bathtub in the room was ginormous!

Don’t recommend staying for more than one night. That staff said they couldn’t clean room because they were short staffed, but they were told us they were just cleaning rooms that were checks out to receive new customers. We stayed three nights and got our room cleaned on last day . Didn’t make sense them wanting to get new customers but didn’t have enough staff to do so till my wife got upset and they cleaned room the last day. Will not stay there again.
