The room was filthy. We accidentally moved the bed & there was so much trash & filth under was the bed that we had to call the front desk. A dental floss stick was so old it had to be forcefully removed off the floor.
Actually had to leave the property on my first day less than an hour after arriving due to how unsafe I felt. The deadbolt was broken, there was no chain on the door, the elevator to all the floors was open so anyone off the street could come in, the rooms were dirty and moist.
This property was overbooked, there was only one person working the desk at any given time and there was always a line at the desk. If you want to check-in early, you will have to pay $25 for each hour that you check-in prior to 3pm.
This property is so unsafe. From the people fighting all times of the night and the drug use and selling its extremely disgusting. The sinks are clogged up room smells like pure smoke I felt so uncomfortable there. They had the nerve to ask for a deposit. The early check in was $50. I will never return to this hotel ever again
Very dirty hotel room. Carpet with dog pop stains and hall way with bad odor. Worse is the train that runs all night in front of the hotel- it was our window view. Will not be returning

The post on Expedia is false advertisement. The place looks nothing like the photo. The area is horrible. The train station across the street is loud and kept us up all night. There was a bug in my room. The entire hotel reeked of weed being smoked. There’s NO parking. If you park on the street you have to move at 7 am due to street cleaning. Worse hotel I ever stayed in. I checked out a day early Bc I could not stand the smell of the room and the poor condition of everything.
We didn’t stay due to safety issues
Decent space of room but I liked nothing of this place. No parking. TV didn’t work. Small bed. Coffee maker was bad and kept falling apart. I wouldn’t stay here again.
