There are no soap in the bathroom, not enough towels for family needs. Very dirty.

Rooms smelt like cigarettes, dusk was not cleaned. Room walls were dented and scared.

Even though my room was paid for the staff denied me the room, left me stranded and refused me service after telling me to return after 3pm. They wasted my whole day, denied me my paid for room and left me stranded in a rain storm all night. They denied me my reservation to discriminate against me and to try to force me to pay more with a new more expensive reservation and left me stranded in a storm.
