Our room was not ready at 6pm. We were allowed to enter our room and then someone from the hotel staff unlocked the door and walked right into our room without even knocking. Also at 3am the front desk staff was playing the TV very loud and our room was very close to the front desk Terrible hotel
I arrived at 3pm for me to be told I couldn’t check in till 6 or 7pm because rooms where still being clean. There where lots of people waiting in the lobby and outside the hotel for there rooms. No good!!!!!
I loved the staff they were super helpful my room however sucked at first I was put in a room marked clean that was clearly filthy then moved to a room where it was only 1/2 clean…
The photos are misleading. There is no washer and dryer in the hotel!! Other complains: 1) The gym is closed, 2) No hand/body soap. 3) Its across from a train rail line so it is noisy.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! This place is AWFUL!!!! The people working that night either don’t know what’s going on or don’t care or both! It took literally an hour and twenty minutes to check in because the man working the desk didn’t know how to log into the computer and the general manager refused to come and help him. It was so absurd and so aggravating because they didn’t care that it was midnight and I was still standing in their lobby waiting to get into the room I had already paid for. I always pull up corners of mattress bedding to ensure no bed bugs. In doing so this visit I found the mattress to have stains all over it, to include blood stains. It seriously looked like someone had been stabbed on this bed. It was absolutely disgusting.
FRAUD Purely atrocious in every way. Unsafe, cleanliness and condition of the room mirror a Brooklyn alley, absolutely appalling. Do not trust the pictures. Gym was not open, hotels.com also equally terrible in finding resolve for an unjust $150 additional credit card charge. Stay away as far as you can
