Many inconveniences, overall a very dirty facility. We asked for room service many times and never received any over a 5 day stay. It took them 2 days to fix the TV after asking multiple times. We had to ask for more coffee to be made every morning during their “complimentary breakfast” time. Kids running up and down the hall and yelling until 1am or later and front desk did nothing to assist with the problem. Property is located in a bad location. Unable, to park your vehicle should you have one. There's nothing but homless people and drug addicts all in the vicinity and unfortunately it seems like the hotel staff also smokes plenty of Marijuana. So, when you walk in you will have a contact right on site. Then unfortunately , the Property is poorly maintained and the carpets are horrible with tripped in Marijuana smells.. Never again.

Overall the property was nice. My check in was at 3pm. At 3pm my room wasn't ready and they only offer me a basement smoking room and i booked non- smoking unit. The staff had non- challenging attitude about and didn't go above and beyond his call of duty. They couldn't even offer me to use the restroom when I requested to use it until I got my at 4:15pm.
