Clogged sink, no washcloths. First and last time.
Hotel doesn't even have the luggage trolley
Property was run down and unkept. No doorman was there upon arrival. We had to wait for him to show up. Stains on the sheets an door. Location was run down. Would never go there again.
They say breakfast included but I didn’t see anything for the first time I been there!

When I arrived at the hotel, I noticed that the window was slightly open on one side, but the other one had a latch closure missing, it presented a safety concern for me, since I was on the first floor, and almost at street level. Also the comforter had stains on It. Don't know if it was body fluids or food stains. It looked nasty.
Not in the cleanest area.
Disappointing stay I was awakened in the middle of the night by someone knocking on the door. Than a call about delivering towels, which I hadn't realized we missing from the room. The toilet seat was detached from the toilet. However, the woman who checked me in was lovely.
