Smelled horrible The floor we were on smelled strongly of marijuana, making it difficult to get any sleep. Ended up paying more for the room than initially charged because they wanted to charge us more for an early check in. I am probably going to look for another hotel next time I’m in the area.

THIS HOTEL IS NOT WORTH IT. PARKIN LOT LITERALLY HAS 4 SPOTS OR SO WTH , GOT LOCKED OUT MY OWN ROOM DUE TO LOOSE LATCHES AND HAD TO WAIT OUTSIDE FOR 3 HOURS AND DIDNT EVEN GET A FREE NIGHT

The area was very loud cops and sirens constantly coming and going. The hallways smelled like weed and the rooms were dingy and kind of falling apart

Day of check-in the young man did not inform housekeeping must be requested, the towels in the bathroom were stained, room was not swept properly and no toiletries were in the bathroom. Informed the front desk and no apologies.

Bad neighborhood, did not offer breakfast only coffee and it was empty both times even though it was with in the hrs. Front desk guy was very nice and helpful

The service was bad they provided no turn down service no room cleaning, no technical support for TV service.
The amenities says the property has a parking lot. When we checked in the front desk informed us that there lot was full and we were on our own to go find where we could park (with kids in the car) very inconvenient. There should specify that in their description so people can have a plan B before getting there. Poor housekeeping, I found hairs in the bed and in the bathroom vanity in one of the rooms and the other room we got stick really bad like sewage. Not that far from Barclays but the area is horrible. Trash all over the place and lots of drug addicts in the area
Room is dirty and no carpet in room and shower is not running properly
