Poorly maintained room and unfriendly staff. Room was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor had soft spots in it and we felt like we could fall through to the room below. The TV was small and the wood on the tv stand was rotting. The pillows are TINY. The lady who checked us in was unfriendly.

It was ok. Uncomfortable bed, a/c did not cool the room, very hot in there. I never ate your breakfast, but it was quiet there, that’s w hat I liked.

Disappointing The receptionist was very very rude i did not appreciate how rude she was. I felt as tho she was judgemental and a bit racist for that matter . I liked that the room was cool.

Don't Stay Here Read above Did not get an ADA room or even a room near the lobby or elevators as requested. But was offered a room in line with what I requested for MORE money. Clerk was SLOW and condescending and seemed to not know what she was doing. Room was at the exit, as far down the hall as possible, and next to maintenance. Compressor left on ran every 15 minutes all night long. VERY HARD bed and pillows had regular lumps and hard lumps and woke with neck pain.
