Awesome See above The hotel was fine however the conduct of som the guests was terrible. I was in the second floor and the hall noise was some of the worse I’ve heard in my 67 years. Dogs barking, guests arguing, singing, extremely disrespectful for those guests trying to sleep. The desks need to manage the hotel and walk the floors.

We patrol our hallways regularly, and if we receive a report of noise disturbances we dispatch an employee right away to take care of it. I'm truly sorry we did not catch the disturbance during your stay. We hope you will give us another chance.

Fair Air conditioner did not work properly

Thank you for the candid feedback! We keep maintenance person on duty during the day time and on call 24 hours a day. When made aware of an issue, we do our best to correct it as soon as possible. I am sorry that this was not the case during your stay.

Looking for another hotel for future trips. This used to be our go-to-place but no longer. Facility needs a cleaning. Pool is cold although advertised as heated. Spa not warm enough. Mattress needs replacement. Breakfast gets smaller and smaller. Very noisy. Kids running up and down the halls in the middle of the night laughing and yelling. Location.

If you cant find something you want, always feel free to ask our attendant and we're more than happy to help! It was a pleasure to have you as a guest.

I stay at this facility often because of the positives I have listed. Toilet seat in room 210 was broken and slid around enough to pinch skin when sat on. Chair at desk would not stay in a raised position, hydraulic ram was leaking slowly. Friendly staff. Food items you do not normally find in other facilities like Dinty Moore 60 second heat up dinners, fruit cups, and variety of ice cream and other snack items.

It was just ok. There were no eggs. Breakfast area seemed cramped. Friendly desk people

It was fine - left my phone charger there plugged in - still waiting for the right one Poor lighting in the bathroom - cleaning staff late in afternoon after we had been out all day .Had to leave room in PM for cleaning and coffee envelopes not replaced.
