It’s was okay The hallways smelled really weird. Good price and location
Horrible. Not to have any surprises when checking in like adding $100.00 to my account for room damage before I even enter my room. Refundable or not. Being lead to believe that I pay for my room when I check-in. Did not prefer to use the credit card that I held the room with, wanted to use a different card, the room was charged to my card before I got the room. I almost left your hotel the next day. Not Happy The first room the AC didn't work and It smelled like a sewer and was very nasty and it ruined my whole Birthday The location and the price

Disappointing Toilet needed attention and I was charged $100 extra deposit. It was kinda clean.
Very Poor
I will just stay with friends and not book a hotel. The water pressure and the heat of the water was terrible. The English speaking staff was great in being friendly. The staff that aren't fluent in the English made me feel very uncomfortable and that I was not welcomed. The $100 room deposit is outrageous! Third floor has soft spots in the flooring and it feels like your going to fall through. The location was great.
I will never stay at this hotel ever again, One of the evening staff lady’s was very rude. The location is good, but the service was bad. The staff was very rude, she wanted to remove me from my room even after I had already paid. I had to call the police so she wouldn’t kick me out.
