Uncomfortable The beds were uncomfortable , lighting in the room very poor, no housekeeping they don’t clean only leave towels. The breakfast was good, kids enjoyed the pool

Worst hotel ever First off our bathroom was dirty and so were the walls. Then the people above us stormed until 6am. The power went out because of a thunder storm at 9pm and we had no electricity until 11:30am the next day, so we had no AC and my husband couldn’t use his CPAP and had a horrible night!! Never again will we stay at this hotel. The location was the only thing I liked about this hotel.

I apologize that your stay was less than perfect. The power outage affected the entire grid and was something that that the hotel could not prevent. If your loved one had an emergency necessity this is not the responsibility of the hotel to provide and we could have easily helped you find other accommodations. Angry about being overcharged. Will not return. They overcharged my card and never did anything about it. $96. The bed was fine. Did not indulge in breakfast.

Fair This hotel was choosen because my meeting place is close but the staff was not so much friendly and other services were so so unfortunately. I hope the hotel staffs understand how their actions can give their guests good or bad impression. It is very simple... Not really...

They could do a little better on the details. Hallway carpets were dirty. Breakfast was not good, especially the hot items. Ended up eating cold items. Did not want to risk getting sick on the road. Bed was very comfortable.

Confusing since they had to call the second day to see if we planned on spending another night, even Didn’t clean our room the second day. Had to ask for towels, soap, coffee etc. Check in took over 30 minutes. Employee said it was because we didn’t book directly with them. I’ve never had an issue with Booking.com Easy to locate and close to restaurants

Never had a pet charge at a quintabefore Charged for pet. Couldn’t control heat. Room was coold Bed was comfortable

Awful stay The bathtub was dirty, ants in the room, maid try to just walk in my room without knocking, people above me were loud all night, filthy q-tip and sucker in the elevator for 2 days. They did nothing when I made the complaint until I made a second complaint

We accommodated you by relocating you to a suite room at no additional charge. Also, maintenance checked the room you were previously in and he found no evidence of activity, nor have we experienced activity in the past. Fair We checked in around 7:30 pm. We went up to our room and I called down to the front desk letting her know I didn't have a luggage rack. She said she would find one and never came with one or called about a luggage rack. At 4:30 am the electricity went out. I called the front desk and they said the whole side of the block went out. It did not come back on till 8:30 am. No compensation, no update, no explanation.

As far as the power is concerned I apologize but there was nothing that we could do as it affected the entire area. Unfortunately, the power company could not give us an ETA on when it would be back on, however it was restored about 7pm. Again, I apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused.
