Disappointing Hotel is dirty, Breakfast is poor, overall experience was disappointing Good location for my business

Pleasant The shower water adjustment was not at alll working properly. Wanted to take a shower and it was all hot water

Hot Hot Hot !!!! The A/C untit was not working correctly and the mgr said they would put us in another room but since we were not available to move our things out of our current room they sold our room they were suppose to love is to and they could not accommodate us even though we were already paid for the 2 nights ... so we had to spend both nights in the hot room and the staff would not call the mgr who had left for the evening ... it was hot and apon checkout another customer also stated her A/C unit was not working eith... read more

Thank you kindly for your feedback. After speaking to you on Saturday morning you stated that you would be back to the hotel by 1pm. After you did not show up by 2pm we called several times and left messages. I apologize but we did not receive a call back until after 4pm. Unfortunately, we could not continue to hold the second room until 4pm because we were at 100% occupancy. Maintenance checked the AC and stated that the AC was only cooling but was not near hot. Awesome See above The hotel was fine however the conduct of som the guests was terrible. I was in the second floor and the hall noise was some of the worse I’ve heard in my 67 years. Dogs barking, guests arguing, singing, extremely disrespectful for those guests trying to sleep. The desks need to manage the hotel and walk the floors.

Fair Air conditioner did not work properly
