Disappointing The room had bugs ans the air half way worked ... this will be my last stay at a la’quinta

Great location and the staff was very friendly but there’s a bed bug infestation. Beds………hair from I don’t know where and bed bugs. Location and friendliness of staff.

If you can't provide a room that someone booked you have a responsibility to advise of changes. The room I booked my mom and I did not get. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. We ended up with 1 king bed.
I am afraid of animals and some people had more than one on long leashes There were to look many pets! The owners had big dogs on long leashes.
Walls Walls are paper thin if u plant on doing anything just be aware they can hear everything Location
it was ok but I will not stay again. The breakfast was an apple honey bun and a sunny d. Thats all there is no special perks. I would consider this a 2 star hotel. there are no hot meals, wine happy hour, or any that. the beds were mid grade. The pool was very questionable. The room was great and clean. The hallways were clean. The staff were super friendly.

Poor The smell in our room for starters. It smelled like someone just let a animal pee wherever they wanted and like they smoked 15 packs of cigarettes.
Ugh! The hot tub was Luke warm. Hot water didn't get hot enough for showers. Had to constantly fix the toilet The beds were very comfortable
