very uncomfortable racist employees, didn’t even have eye contact thru my transaction, also assumed that marijuana was being smoked in my room and stole 250 dollars from me 3 later. i have prof that I didn’t smoke. there’s cameras around the entire premises, and I was most definitely seen leaving the building going to my car multiple times. i have no doubt this was all out of racism and hatred and we will be going to court about this
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEl This hotel doesn’t take payment in cash or maybe it’s his policy to abuse customer privacy and security. they don’t advice you they don’t take cash payment and my friend who arrived before me had a problem with her card to pay. they told me to send them copy of my card and fill the form. I did it and told them to delayed my card details. 2 hours after I did my check out my card was used without my knowledge for some online shopping for the amount over 350 usd. It was okay for my time but not for the price I paid I didn’t like the fact that every time we left our room the keycard would not work so we had to keep going to front which was very inconvenient for me because I have mobility problems. Also we were not told that we had to come to the front to get more towels and housekeeping wasn’t going to clean the room till we left The location was great for where I was going. The food was okay. The staff was friendly
Poor I have stsyed at LaQuintas in the past this one was not good the room was outdated Breakfast was from 6:30-9:30 I believe but came down at 8:30 and most everything was gone not very friendly either I would choose another place when I come bs k
Disappointing Pool was broken, room needed to be updated. Loud people in the courtyard outside our room for hours
