Keycard broke 7 times in 24hrs, and slugs came through the door all night Old and dated Very cheap, large rooms and decent outdoor space
Glad it was only one night before catching a flight. Took approximately 5 minutes for anyone to greet us at the front desk. He was very brisk and unfriendly. Bed was very hard the location was good.

Dissatisfied Shuttle is very limited and took over 45 minutes to arrive. Also bed did not meet my expectations as per bed was smaller than what expectations. Elevator was not working and I was not told. Check in was great.
Disappointing i had bugs in my room , and cracks in my front and back door
Stressful due to hotel response to the unusual water situation but I would consider staying again! Room across the hall (on 2nd floor) triggered fire sprinkler and alarm just as I was falling asleep. Water ran into hallway and across hall into my room (and adjacent rooms) and leaked into some rooms on 1st floor. Fire dept. responded and finally turned off the water. extremely loud only under an emergency nsanely loud felt Ike semis were driving through my head. I couldn’t sleep at all and was told that because I “booked through a third party” that they wouldn’t move me. courtesy airport shuttle
Bad Had to call 7 times before someone picked up so that I could request shuttle. When I arrived a woman ran into lobby soaking wet because water was pouring out of ceiling of her room. Maintenance crews were vacuuming and shampooing hallway carpets and speaking loudly from 10pm past 1:30am. Did not sleep at all. Overall a real disaster. Close to airport. Staff at front desk was doing their best but clearly overwhelmed.
Bad had roaches and hotel staff didn’t even care provided shuttles
