The worst customer service on the planet!! Considering this was our second visit to this hotel on this trip, I thought that the first time might have been just a bad day for these guys, and that I can accept... Sleepless in Dallas. Checked in at 11pm needing a good nights sleep before an early flight. We were just unpacked, showered and getting to sleep when two unattended dogs started howling next door. We called the front desk. Although they were able to reach the owner, the employee at the desk thought that the best option was for us to move to literally the opposite end of the building. Poor customer service by hotel and booking.com Our flight was cancelled by american express the day before our stay, we called to have the charge refunded and were told to call booking,com, who said we had to call the hotel who said we had to call the hotel who said we had to call back to talk to a manager who said we had to call booking.com who said we had to call the hotel who we then tried to do a 3 way conference call where we were hung up on while on hold. Disappointing As above The bed was comfy, the shuttle to the airport was very efficient. However, it was a disappointment that a) there was no restaurant either in the hotel or nearby, and the advertised 'breakfast included' didn't start til 7 am. Many people staying in the hotel had early flights, and other hotels in similar locations start their breakfast earlier, even if it's a wrapped up pastry.
The bed was comfortable the cleanliness was average. Things seemed like they needed renovating. When they mentioned brea Cleanliness, breakfast, smell of building Location and staff
Won’t be staying here again. The hotel is woefully understaffed and the evening front desk person, Michael, was overextended. Perhaps this was the reason he lacked a welcoming or helpful countenance. I had to call four times (from the airport) to reach him to get the courtesy van that then took a half hour to arrive. There was no restaurant or bar or any food option (other than vending area) for eating after an evening arrival. The TV selection stunk.
