None Michael’s poor people skills, we booked the room and was told I could pay with cash but when we arrived he rudely said’ We don’t accept cash here’ never explained that it was Hotel policy. Terrible I wouldn’t stay there anymore The only thing that went well was my sleep
Unfair equals sucky. Our flight to DFW was canceled so we never made it there. Hotel charged us anyway, even after we called to explain. Hotel said it had no record of our reservation, maybe because we used booking.com.
Disappointed Bed was uncomfortable, pillows were half size pillows, and the window unit clicked and rattled the whole night.
It was shelter & a place to lay our heads until our flight. Key cards didn’t work, requiring repeated trips to front desk & a change of rooms… the problem was clearly affecting numerous guests as we encountered other guest families stranded in hallways struggling with the same issues and heard it sporadically through the night (hall conversations we could hear from inside our room). Available on short notice; free shuttle to airport.
Nice hotel, staff were rude and inconsiderate, don’t count on the airport shuttle being on time. Staff were horrible. I said good morning to the staff (to their face) and they didn’t even respond. Shuttle was 10 min late. Other customers were very concerned about the shuttle being late and missing their plane, they kept asking staff about the shuttle arrival and the staffs actions were complacent. Close to the airport but terrible customer service Trying to call the hotel for a shuttle pick up was a disaster. We were put on hold repeatedly by them to the point where it just became frustrating. Customer service on the phone and at this location is seriously below standard. Conveniently located reasonably close to the airport.
