Comfortable, near Airport Swimming pool was closed for repairs and young girl on reception needs some customer service training (i was referred to as 'she' and 'her'). Nice lobby area with coffee throughout day. Good laundry area. Good shuttle bus service. Francine was great.
We will not be staying here again. I don’t understand. It had a good rating. Location and breakfast we’re fine. Most of the outlets in the room did not work. We plugged our phone charger into one outlet and the charger vibrated and then broke. The beds were not comfortable. Pillowcases in our room were dirty. We chose this hotel for the pool and the pool was out of service. When we asked for one singleExtra blanket, the front desk told us that they had none to spare. Location and breakfast we’re fine
desepcionante fuimos a ese hotel por unas horas por vuelo de conexión …solamente por la piscina y estaba en mantenimiento lo cual no salia en la pagina del hotel tampoco el hot tub y no habia ninguna soda para comprar en el hotel …en resumen gastamos us 130.00 por estar 5 hrs en el hotel sentados en la terraza… lindo el entorno
Disappointing
Poor Did not clean our room. The breakfast was horrible. It had very little variety and they were out of some things. Or had only a small amount of other items. Was not near restaurants unless you had a car. The airport shuttle.

Would be great if staff was better. Staff was bickering and complaining to each other. continental breakfast was almost an hour late. very clean and well located.
Horrible would sum up my stay at this hotel. Flew in to Dallas/FW airport 10:15[.m. Got my bags called hotel as instructed when booking the room which was 10 mins from airport. Advertised airport shuttle ran til 11:00 p.m. When I called the hotel the receptionist said our shuttle as two runs yet so we cannot pick you up, said call a cab or Uber, and hung up on me. Waited around for a cab at 11:00 at nite. Finally found a cab and paid $25 for an 8 minute ride to the hotel. I was bone tired after having multiple flights delaye... read more
