disappointed experience with the overnight front desk man!! the man that worked overnight he was very rude Location room was comfortable.
Bad It was suppose to be a no smoking hotel, it smells like smoke everywhere, you can hear everything from the outside into your rooms, i couldn’t sleep for the 2 nights that we were there. The staff was no help, they couldn’t do anything for us. Never again will I be staying in any la Quinta again. Absolutely nothing.

Changed over time Over time the entire property has changed. Literally it has turned into a party scene. It is extremely loud, being by the smoking door where the window shares the smoking area was awful because people were always out there being obnoxious. The room was extremely dirty as if it wasn’t cleaned before we got there. Just was a sub par experience in totality. I usually stay here when I am in the Dallas area. I love the location.
Not a family friendly hotel. Good place for those on business travel. Not a family friendly site. Both nights I was there I had people blasting music and arguing in the middle of the night. The walls were thin and the rooms were connected so you can hear everything. Also had someone in the room next to us vaping and because rooms were connected it stunk up our room. Bed was great slept wonderfully My room had dog food everywhere and smelled of dogs and there was a huge wsatin on the floor I wasn’t sure what it was or if it was a cut out of the wood flooring but I didn’t want to touch it. Customer service was amazing they were great and helpful. The coffee for breakfast was fine there wasn’t anything of my liking to eat just apples bananas Zane I wanted a meal.

Usually La Quinta is quite nice but this King Suite was not. Extremely loud air conditioning! My “non-smoking” room smelled of smoke and had ashes on the carpet.
staff very nice-but maintenance not good. the freezer in frighted not cleaned. And food caked on microwave plate. Also-the toilet didn't work correctly. also lock on door very difficult to unlock.Then....a/c heater started screeching. Had to move to another room. In new room cable on TV went bad 1st night.
