Usually La Quinta is quite nice but this King Suite was not. Extremely loud air conditioning! My “non-smoking” room smelled of smoke and had ashes on the carpet.
staff very nice-but maintenance not good. the freezer in frighted not cleaned. And food caked on microwave plate. Also-the toilet didn't work correctly. also lock on door very difficult to unlock.Then....a/c heater started screeching. Had to move to another room. In new room cable on TV went bad 1st night. Great experience, would definitely visit again. The breakfast is okay, I wish they had more to choose from. It's kind of pricey. One room had a loud heater. This place was renovated and it looks really nice! I stayed here a long time ago and I love how updated it looks now. Definitely improved. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They helped me with everything I needed! The lemon water and hot chocolate near the lobby is a nice touch.
Was fine. Thank you Hotel is fine, just the booking.com is the one I don't like regarding the way they handle issue and hard time to get refund back. Not appreciate it. Was just fine

It Could Have Been Better They didnt offer breakfast. The advertisement said 39.99, and I was charged $64. They could at least put coffee in the rooms. Great last minute, I have no other choice but to stay here resort 🤷 Oh, and I loved the shower...that was the only bonus.
Very Poor Nothing, book a double room with more doubles and I received a room with full size beds, and rn resepcion did not solve my problem.

Exceptional The hot breakfast was horrible. Powdered scrambled eggs, obviously frozen potatoes, and all served on styrofoam. Yuch. Clean, modern, spacious rooms.
