Disappointed. Stayed there before and the other side of the motel seemed better. The hallway we were on was dark and creepy. ( to the right of the front desk, facing the desk) The door on our room was jacked up…. A strange piece of metal or wood was bolted to the door near the knob;The door didn’t open easily, the security bolt wasn’t secure and was pulling away from the wall. The location was convenient but I would not stay again. The hotel was not very clean, the ceiling in my room was peeling off, and I didn't have any hot water in my room. I liked how close it is to the airport.
I feel like it was over priced for the shape it was in our room was dirty and torn apart, the sofa bed was creaky and falling apart, we also didn’t have any bedding for the sofa bed my brother had to sleep on a bare mattress. the phone was off the hook, the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was sticky. The pillows were flat. My bedding was dirty and had hairs on it. The whole building was kind of run down in common areas I didn’t like anything

This hotel needs a makeover and better customer service. Rooms bathroom doors were water damaged so looked unsightly. Breakfast is only served from 5am to 8. A tired traveler needs a later option for breakfast. We saw several people upset they missed breakfast. The pool was out of service and thats a reason a family chooses to stay. Good location to restaurants. Shuttle to the airport.
The room was good, but the paid parking sucks. Paying for parking. There should be a charge for those who leave their cars, but for guests it's a poor practice. I would not stay again for that reason.
Poor Beds were hard, pillows lumpy, the two beds had two different sets of linen, which was strange, bathroom horrible. The tub had mold, rust on the walls where the handles had been removed, shower head dirty, vanity falling apart. Bedroom furniture falling apart. Floors dirty. Elevators, both, inoperable during my stay. I was on the 3rd floor and have a brace on my left leg. It was difficult walking up/down stairs. The hotel is falling apart.
