Fair The door to our room would not open. We got 2 replacement keys but it would just randomly stop working. Location
Fair
Staff were good, building needs upgrading. The main issues and problems we had were with the physical deficencies of the hotel itself. The first room we had had electrical problems. To keep the power on to the fridge and TV we had to leave the entrance lights on all night. There was nowhere to plug the microwave into power, so it was useless. We slept with the lights on, only to discover that the fridge didn't work anyway. We reported these issues the first night but they weren't dealt with the next day. When we tried to get... read more
Served its purpose for our early morning flight The A/C barely worked so the room was warm, no foam pillows and I’m allergic to feather. Staff was unconcerned about the fact they had no other pillow choice. Told me sorry we are a hotel and can’t fix this need. Also a big hole in the sheets and hair dryer did not operate at all. Location to the airport
It was alright Staff weren’t friendly Good location
Small room, did not need office furniture in this space. Breakfast, eggs could be better, better food selections at other hotels. Room doors are to close together, sounds like a party outside your door. Pairs of doors angle towards each other. Location.
Less than satisfactory. Water, water everywhere. Room 229. Two major leaks in bathroom. One in the ceiling above the bathtub. Apparently dripping from the floor above. Dripping all night long. Another leak at the base of the bathtub. Water accumulated on the floor of the bathroom. An annoying situation, to say nothing of a significant safety hazard. Re TV: dislike DISH network. Signal comes and goes in midst of a program. When reporting these issues Wednesday morning (19 June) during check-out, front desk attendant seemed di... read more
Poor The rude staff Not much
You have to pay for parking!! You have to pay $10 for parking and no where was this said before we got there. There is nowhere else to park so the only option is to pay. We have stayed in cities all over the country and never had to pay the hotel for parking. There have been times when the hotel didn’t have parking, but we knew that in advance. Also they only have 2 luggage racks which people would take and keep in their rooms - for a 4 story hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Beds not bad
