Fair Overall, our stay was good — the hotel itself was clean, well-located, and the staff were friendly. Just to note, when we arrived there were people smoking cannabis outside the front entrance, and unfortunately the smell lingered inside the lobby. We also had some disturbance from other guests slamming the heavy room doors late at night, which woke us up. Of course, these issues were no fault of the hotel itself. Good property poor staff Manager was not at all helpful, even the staff was rude, just no smile
Disappointing stay in poorly run hotel. Arrived in the middle of the night after a long drive. Desk clerk failed to mention that I would need to pay on an app for parking behind the hotel. Sprinklers were on and spraying the walkway on my way to the building entrance. Upon turning back the covers, discovered drops of blood on the top sheet. While the hotel was convenient and clean, all things considered, I would not stay there again. Room needed minor repairs. For instance, the bathroom French door handles were broken, floor had white paint spatters, toilet was extremely low, only one wash cloth was available for the two of us. Accidentally left several pieces of jewelry on the desk. Called the hotel later but nothing was reported found. Hotel exterior and lobby were nice. Complimentary breakfast was fine. We appreciated the free airport shuttle.
Disappointing “The rooms offer no privacy as you can hear everyone talking, which makes it difficult to rest. Additionally, the receptionist did not provide any information about the hotel unless specifically asked. And we cant open our room and the key has problem. Nice location and cheap
