See you next time we are in the area of Denver International The property is beginning to show signs of wear and tear. Shuttle took far too long to get to the airport to pick us up. We had a clean room that was in pretty good shape. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was the usual one expected from any hotel these days although better quality than most.
Poor No water pressure! We had to pay to park “if staying over night “. Duh it is a hotel. Location

I want my money back!!!!!!! No manager on duty to help with issues like finding bugs in the bathroom..my room was 139 . Also i couldn't get hot water in the sink. I talked to the gentleman on duty he couldn't do anything I need a manager who has not contacted me at all. I showed the young man the bug ans it waa not the only one..more like 3-4 of them

Great Location but Deteriorating Facility This hotel has seen a lot of wear. Maintenance was inadequate. Handles were missing on bathroom doors. Shower control fell off in your hand when turned. The room was clean, and the breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful and courteous.

Not a good value for Money. Not great breakfast. Also they charge for the parking even though it is just in the same premise as hotel.That is not a customer service. The amount they charge they do not even offer a complimentary water bottle in the room. In my rooms there was not even a wardrobe which seems strange for a hotel that is charging like a 3 star hotel.
Good location, excellent staff, subpar facilities You could tell by looking at the property itself it is an older hotel. It is somewhat rundown and needs some tlc The location was prefect for our needs. The staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly
