Not staying there no more. Thank you The wifi system suck no signal keep going out and in. Room service was terrible because had chase my towels and garbage service. This paying to park thing is joke. I travel across the country, never seen anything like this. I'm areready giving you business to stay there. I also stay at one of your locations in Cody Wy.
We'll be exploring other options unfortunately. The pink mold in the bottom of the bathtub and around the top of the tub was extremely disgusting. The breakfast was great and the shuttle to the airport was perfect.

It was adequate. Maybe you don't charge your guests a separate parking fee using signs with QR codes in the parking lot? Your guest elevator looks sketchy at best. Full disclosure, it was a last minute booking. I originally tried to book at another hotel but it was full due to airlines cancellations. The room was clean and had what I needed.

It was terrible. It was dirty. Staff was rude. The rooms were filthy. We had to change twice. There was a dog in half was the pooped & smelled terrible. It was alright when we got there.
No thanks! See above answer I love your courtyard that’s the only thing I liked, but I won’t stay here again. Breakfast ends at 8:00 am ?? That is way too early and I didn’t want to get up at 7:00 am on my vacation to get there on time. I’m sure that saves the company money because though. Hated the weird bathroom “shutter door” with a half-inch gap in the center which offers no privacy. And then charging $10 night parking. Pessimo personale, disorganizzato Personale sgradevole e maleducato. Abbiamo prenotato per 5 e abbiamo avuto solo 4 letti. Inoltre la camera ci è stata addebitata due volte ed ancora non rimborsata. I divani non erano preparati e ci siamo dovuti fare il letto da soli. I materassi sporchi.
