Will not recommend or stay there again. Breakfast service ended too early at 8am. Beds needed replacement. Key pad and key card took three trips to front desk to get them working. Mold in shower stall. $30 fee for arriving an hour and half early. Location convenient
Not what i expected for 1,000.00 for 2 nights The air conditioning was broke in my room temp stayed at 75 the entire time my makeup just melted off my face. As soon ad i pit it on. The couch had a pull out sleeper and they left the last guests sheets and bedding still on it the tv in my room never worked looked like hdmi cord was missing and the pool was cloudy the hot tub was out of order and every time i called front desk to tell them i was on. Je n’y retournerai pas malheureusement Le lit et les oreillers n’étaient pas confortable 🥴 n’avons presque pas dormi c’était pour se reposer le but principal avant notre arrivée à Maui Le service courtois du monsieur à notre arrivée était exceptionnel,il a meme essayer de nous parler a quelques reprises en français, le déjeuner était correct
Awful It was really dirty and run down. The reception smelt of rotting eggs and I don’t think they ever cleaned the carpet. The room smelt of cigarettes and sweat. In fact my pjs smelt so bad after one night of sleeping in the bed I had to throw them away. I asked if I could check out early and get a refund. I was told yes no problem. I followed all the instructions they gave me and yet two weeks later they still won’t acknowledge the date I checked out or give me a refund. Really bad service. Nothing
