Vacation Have to pay extra for parking the hot tub didn’t work and most of the elevators didn’t work very inconvenient . Never gonna stay in their facility again Big and presentable
Unclean, bad smelling hallways and elevator due to pets. There were pillows that were clearly unwashed, with smears of something gross. The rest of the hotel, the elevator was filthy and had what I would describe as a combination of sewage, dog poop, and cat piss smell. At about 9 pm, the fire alarm went off but then quickly stopped, which obviously woke up our 3 year old. When we called the front desk, they were surly and rude, giving a bogus explanation that someone was repairing the alarm system. Was the alarm system not ... read more
Fair
The break in has left a bad taste, so seeing anything positive is difficult to identify. Well…as I come to learn the hard way, any deterrents regarding criminal activity are non-existent. My truck was broken into in the open, well lit parking lot. There are no security cameras on the property, which would seem to only invite ongoing criminal activity. The staff was sympathetic and going to provide me with some level of compensation on my stay, which is still to be realized. Lessons learned…criminals are lazy, so let’s not ma... read more
Poor Had to change rooms, Keys to doors don't work, water couldn't turn on in shower. Hot tub not working. second room little dated. Every time we went outside had to put a rock in the door to get back in. close to airport
Fair There was only two bath towels in a room booked for four people. The breakfast was scarce and they seemed to be short staffed to keep it stocked. The hot tub was a little cloudy. The halls smelled like weed. The sofa bed was pretty awful, our 8 year old couldn't even stand the feel of the springs and he's about 65 pounds. The bathroom doors don't lock. The staff were pleasant. The fitness center was nice and it was close to the highway.
Disappointing since we had to pay for an Uber. Bathroom doors were broken and wouldn't close. We specifically picked this hotel for the advertised free shuttle, but the shuttle was tiny and didn't run often enough. We were unable to utilize this service and had to pay for an Uber to make our flight. The bathroom doors were broken and didn't close. Bathroom sink was cracked. Close to the airport.
Bad
Convenient but only for a night Very run down, breakfast was questionable Proximity to the airport
