Location good, facilities beware! Staff friendly to some customers, hotel falling apart, broken door knobs, limited parking, hot tub filthy bubbles had visible scum. Lobby was leaking had a hole. Doorknob was hanging loose screw. Close to airport, looked decent online. Pics must be 15 years old.
Disappointing. I reserved a handy cap accessible room, but in my opinion this was far from that. I mean it did have bars in the bathroom but the tub was very small, i could barely get in it. and it was very slick. I almost fell when I was in it. I could not move around to get myself clean either. There was also not very good water pressure at all.. I ended up having to go and shower at the YMCA. Not what was planned Sewer smell was through the whole first floor. They changed our room to a king when we needed two queens
Very Poor 2주간 미국여행을 하면서 이곳에선 3일을 머물렀는데, 다른 호텔과 비교할 때 침대가 좀 불편합니다. 매트리스가 푹 가라앉아서 잠을 편안히 잘 수 없는 점이 아쉽습니다. 그러나 아침일찍 상황을 설명하니 곧 방을 바꾸어주어 나머지 이틀은 조금은 나아졌습니다. 더 문제는 다음날인데, 저녁때 돌아와보니 청소가 안되었습니다. 당장 사용할 수건이 없어 프론트에 요청하니, 몇일을 이용하든 이 호텔은 원래 청소 안해준다는 여직원의 말에 어이가 없었습니다. 실수로 놓칠 수도 있는 일이니 미안하다고 했다면 당연히 이해할 수 있는 일입니다. 만약 실제로 이 호텔의 방침이라면 체크인시 그런 안내를 해야하고, 수건 등 필요용품을 어떻게 제공하는지 안내를 했어야 합니다. 이 여직원은 수건과 용품을 프론트로 와서 직접 가져가라고 하였고, 수건은 전달받았지만, 나머지는 다 떨어졌다고 퉁명스럽게 말하는 것에 매우 기분이 나빴습니다. 외국인으로 자주 미국 여행을 하면서 여러 호텔을 이용하고 있지만, 여직원의 이런 대응은 처음입니다. 무리한 요구를 한... read more
