WIFI not included :( Expensive,convenient,clean,but get another hotel w free shuttle/wifi/breakfast Can not believe after paying so much, that internet/wifi not included. Ridiculous for travelers who are coming from overseas. I paid a lot for convenience, but when told that wifi was not included, I was dumbfounded. Only in the US would you have to pay extra for wifi. Will NEVER stay again until that rule is changed, on principle. The beds were comfortable, super easy access to airport within five minute walking to security.
I won't stay there again. However, the bed was broken down pretty bad and should be replaced. The television did not work...constantly changed channels on its own, and was acting strange. The facility was clean in general.
Wasn't worth the cost No hot water and after maintenance came up and said it was hot it still wasn't. Disappointed in amenities considering price. Breakfast was okay. Shuttle was convenient.
Bad Don’t pay attention Othing
Disappointed We came in on a late flight and didn't get to sleep until 3 am. At 9:12 am, housekeeping was banging on the door. We decided to skip breakfast because we wanted to sleep and were woken up anyway a few minutes after breakfast ended. We should have put out do not disturb sign but were exhausted and forgot. Housekeeping really should not be banging on doors three hours before checkout, especially at an airport hotel where guests are getting in at odd hours. was ok - was expensisve for the quality I think. no pool towels, and breakfast was not good. We stayed at the Comfort Suites at the airport on the way in for the same price and they had a hot breakfast and more variety. bed and pillows were so comfortable and the room was clean.
Poor terrible soundproofing. heard conversations of other rooms through adjoining doors till 2am. terrible! clean
Disappointed Had kids wanting to swim but pool was closed due to maintenance. Should have told us before we booked. Good
Disappointing The Hotel had a bad smell and i should check out at 10.Am but i left at 2.Am to find à different place to stay I just like the area
