They were trying but will go elsewhere next time. Just needed an over nite close r No wake up call. Totally new and somewhat untrained check in person. Elevator out of order. Needed help to get luggage to lobby. Shuttle
Dissapointing over night stay Sewer smell, dirty pool, dirty hot tub, faulty elevator. My husband was stuck inside and the fire department was called to get him out. Clean lobby, clean room
Not good. We checked out early. The whole thing. It would take too much time to state all that was bad about this place. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Very Poor
Wasn’t too happy. It took 10-15 min to get the water warm and even still it wasn’t hot. Room service didn’t come to clean our room and we had to keep asking for towels and wash rags.
m as we got put in a room when we walked in the bed was not made and got moved to a room where the heat did not work and it was 2 degrees out that took them over an hour to figure out what to do with us modern
Ok The building was not in best condition and might need to be more detail at cleaning the rooms. They did not have enough personal to satisfy the demand they have. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great costumer service
Never Again I did not like the service. Our room keys never worked, we kept getting locked out of the hotel and our room, not only us but my Sister in law and her family as well. The pool was down most of our stay and they wouldn't give us a time or day it would open never got to use it which was why we chose that hotel in the first place.
