Location was good, but too many issues. When I first arrived at the room. My room keys did not work. I trudged back to the lobby, and they rekeyed the cards. The heat unit in the room was very noisy. At 10:00 PM, 2 guests entered my room while I was sleeping. We all were quite startled. I received a followup call from the front desk asking to verify my identity. The location to the airport was good.
Will not stay here again. The whole point for our family trip was the swimming pool that they had to shut down. The elevator was also not working, breakfast was cut really short. Good safe location
You need to invest more money in the facility. The bathroom was dirty. The bed sheets had holes in them. Pillows were lumpy. The lobby and staff were the best part of my stay.

I might stay here again if it was free and all other options were booked solid... but probably not. unhelpful staff. a remote that required 10 seconds between button pushes (imagine 5-10 minutes to look up a youtube video). shoulder shrug from staff about this. that breakfast ends at 8am is ridiculous. a mix of synthetic and feather pillows (i'm allergic to feathers and stupidly only checked one pillow on my bed)... the night counter host was wonderful and immediately found me synthetic pillows. a broken water diverter makin... read more
Disappointing The hotel suddenly charging an extra $111 dollars with out my knowledge.and they charge parking fee $10 per night for your vehicle and the fact that they have no parking at all except the far far back ones of the hotel.
Poor The extra bed mattress was broken, the bathtub handle was broken and the breakfast was very poor Location

You get what you pay for The mattress was very soft. Not comfortable The TV was too small and far from the bed. The room lacked some amenities to make it more attractive. Location: close to the airport; Shuttle to the airport runs every 30 minutes or so
