Couldn’t check when I was told I could of checked in when I called the day before and they stated th Couldn’t check when I was told I could of checked in when I called the day before and they stated that there was no rooms available had to go somewhere else for the nigh, toilet didn’t flush properly, big crack in the the shower tv was too small Breakfast was taking away too soon
Hotel Hell The out of control staff at check in. Cussing, saying they hated their job, and threatening to just walk out. Computers were down and they had a hard time getting us into a room. We were already exhausted from a delayed flight. Because of the technology issue guests had to prop their doors open with the latch/chain lock thing which meant slamming noises at all hours. The barking dog was the last time I tried to get back to sleep. Then breakfast ended at 8AM! A bed to sleep in.
Fair There was a noisy family across the hall and they were easily heard in my room. Staff was courteous. Room clean.
Room good, breakfast sucks Breakfast wasn't good, they could of had more variety..Me and my kids didn't like it at all...tvs were too small and far from beds couldn't really see to watch tv Swimming pool, outside sitting area, beds were ok, rooms were ok
good value, room was good. free breakfast not good. shuttle service needs improvement Breakfast was not to my expectation. Ate at 7:30 am seems like they were not replenishing stuff like sausage or bacon. Guess you have to be up earlier to get a better selection of what you want. The shuttle service from Denver Airport was very frustrating. Waiting in the cold for more than 1 hour outside is unacceptable. Fair La calefaccion es ruidosa y el desayuno super basico Las duchas no funcionan bien , tendrian que cambiar los grifos
Disappointing The room was OK. The hotel was loud. Room next door had TV on full blast all night. Bathroom was a bit run down. The staff was great!
