Very Poor t was ran down, old and dirty. My room had about 20 bugs by the window and I had to change rooms, but the hotel was fully booked and I ended up leaving for another hotel.

Terrible - I will be contacting the general manager and booking customer service There were bugs in the room , they sent us to another room but would not refund my money for the night - the tv didn’t work properly and the bathroom Light was out Location

Run down and dirty . 3 days and no one cleaned the room. We had to go and get towels from reception . The toilet did not flush properly, there was dry blood on the face cloth and the bed and bedding g old and uncomfortable. Location was ok

Very Poor I had booked several nights using booking.com but was not needing or going to stay the last night. I called the booking.com staff as well as the hotel staff and was told I'd be given a refund if I check out before 11 am. I checked out at 7 am on October 1st, 1 day earlier than the paid reservation which was through the morning of October 2nd. I have not received a refund. I would say poorly run but the employees try to accommodate. TV didn’t work…moved room which wasn’t a big deal and handled very well. No breakfast due to non arrival of food delivery! Only breakfast available was some cereal…not even any tea! Lots of rooms available
