Friendly, clean Staff was always friendly and the hotel clean. On the first night our sink didn’t drain from the very first use. On the second night we moved to a different room and the tub didn’t drain. For all three days that we stayed there, the men’s room in the front entrance never had soap. The door handle in our second room was really wonky. They apologized and said that the handles have been back ordered and as a contractor I understand that. Poor Breakfast was limited. Room was not real clean and tub drain didn’t work Location
That's all Water leak from room above in bathroom showers. Water leaks by windows, cloudy green water in pool. Location is good. Never went to breakfast.
Disappointing Bed sheets had hair on them. Called down to front desk and was told due to lack of staff we had to pick up new sheets at desk and make bed up ourselves. Bathroom sink and shower drain were slow. The room was spacious. Didn't get to eat breakfast but saw continental breakfast which included muffins, cereal, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea.

Poor Room not being well cleaned and someone opened door at 8 am without identifying self and left. Had security latch on, thank goodness for that. Looked like this happenned before as door frame was pulled off wall and new latch added as old holes were still visible.
