Since we were not compensated in any way, we will not be staying at La Quinta hotels again. We were wakened by the fire alarm at 3:45am. All the guests had to evacuate the hotel until the fire department arrived at declared it safe. We were out of our rooms for more than one hour. We asked for some type of compensation, and were told the problem was a guest smoking in the room and it wasn't their fault. We also overheard that this has happened before at one of your hotels.

Eh. The night person was extremely rude. The shower didn’t drain and there was a ball team checked in. The ball team was not the issue but there was not enough breakfast for the number of people. It was close to our destination.

No volvería jamás allí El baño sucio con alas de cucarachas debajo de mueble de lavamanos , esquinas sucias , alfombra con olor a sucio , camas con sábanas gastadas y mal puestas , la pintura deficiente. Nada

I didn’t feel safe After I got to my room, I got undressed and laid down. I had locked the door and used both locks. As I was falling asleep, someone opened the door. They couldn’t open it all the way because I had used the flip lock. I tried calling the front desk but the phone in the room had no dial tone so I had to use my cell phone. The person who answered just said opps my mistake. I didn’t sleep well after that and checked out early I left before breakfast was served,

Probably won’t stay at another La Quinta After I got to my room, I got undressed and laid down, about 5 min later, someone tried to open my door. The only thing that stopped them was the extra lock barring the door from opening completely. I tried to call the desk, the landline in the room did not work, I called from my cell phone. The person at the desk said it was his fault, he didn’t realize that the room had been assigned to me and gave someone else a key to the room. Place was dirty (hundreds of cigarette butts, bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned). Overall, probably would not choose this p Front desk was always unattended and when she showed up, was less than friendly. I felt like I was bothering her to even ask for something Value was ok

Overall the hotel is great to stay at but the front desk is hateful The front desk staff The front staff people are never friendly always have a look of why am I even here being bothered

Wedding Didn't sleep. Matress was like laying in soft quick sand. I sleep in chairs Breakfast good

Excellent location, no frills in any sense Mediocre room/bathroom, etc. I expected a little more for the price but generally we got what we paid for. Great location and employees
