Absolutely horrible and dirty, do not recommend. When we checked in there was no one at the front desk. I waited 10 minutes with some other guests before an employee appeared. This employee was VISIBLY ill. She was coughing all over the place, then touched my room key and paper work without washing or sanitizing her hands. This is UNACCEPTABLE! Fair We were supposed to have first floor. There was a live bug in the bed. They didn’t come in rooms like normal and take trash and give clean towels Didn’t give us coffee packets.
Nice place but my booking experience was awful. My check in was a down right nightmare.I booked 2 days for a rest stop on a trip around the country. My expected arrival time was 2am. Due to weather conditions arrived around 4 to find out I was considered a no show on a 2 day reservation and they had no rooms best thing they could do is I wait til 7am for the manager. Fair Room was not clean - found a dirty sock on the floor and crumbs in a drawer. We were moved to another room for the remainder of our stay. Cigarette butts and smell in interior stairwell. They have clearly cut cleaning staff back and it shows. Rooms are not cleaned or tidied during a stay. No breakfast service during covid - makes sense, but there was duets and crumbs along the counter where food is normally served. Sketchy elevator, decent price, budget stay, not bad but i won't return unless I have to sometimes the floor was shaking, through the hallway and my room. A noticeable feeling throughout. I liked the cameras in the room, just kidding. The bed was good, more pillows please
It's just okay Our bathtub was clogged, so it was gross trying to shower in and at the same time having the dirty water still there. We have slept in many hotels during our trip and this one, was the only one that wasn't able to provide breakfast, not even taking the right precautions. The pillows in our room need to be upgraded. The bed was comfortable and the room had a comfortable design.
Bad experience Guests not wearing masks, maids not wearing masks, sick people keeping their doors open and coughing all day, loud partying until late at night, overwhelming chemical cleaners & air fresheners, people smoking in no smoking areas, overflowing trash cans outside, hundreds of yellow jackets in parking lot, yellow jackets coming in the room due to screen not fitting on window, sheets made my skin itch, bathroom faucet broken. Good location
