Bad Malísimo hotel me robaron el moflex de mi carro a ellos no les importa no se acen responsables de nada el hotel sucio la que sirve el desayuno con una actitud horrible no vuelvo a utilizar esos hoteles

Never again Our microwave, in the room, was dead. I called the desk. Maintenance guy not there so nothing they could do. I took the non functional microwave downstairs and took the one from the kitchen. We actually needed a unit in the room. The gal at the desk eventually came to pick it up. When i asked about compensation she said the manager, whom i asked to see, but was not on site, would never do a compensation. I was told come downstairs to use the microwave, if i needed it.

Customer service means everything make your guest feel welcomed. Booked king arrived did not have room put in room 115 next to elevator motor no guest should have to stay in this room to hear such a noise was told to come next morning to change rooms came to late asked to come to next morning put in 309 with pet advised could not be there etc. Only thing that I like was the housekeeping staff would greet me in mornings other than that I’ve stayed in many hotels this is first one I ever had to leave such a review.

Thank you Thomas, for the review. We are very sorry that you were not happy with your stay. You booked the reservation for the night of April 8th but came to the hotel on April 7th. We checked you into a room that we had available since you did not have a reservation for April 7th, the only room we had available at the time was a room with two queen beds, you were not even charged for the night of April 7th, as a courtesy for us having to make you move rooms.

Poor My daughter got 15 or so bites on her upper torso. No one else did. The hot tub did not work. If something is listed as having ,it needs to be working in proper order. Breakfast was good.

Thank you for the review. The hot tub works just fine, the on and off switch to the jets is on the wall, the front desk would have loved the opportunity to help you if you would have asked for help.

Disappointing pool was gross and they had it open, also the hot tub was black how is that even possible for someone to allow ppl inside staff was friendly

will probably not be back anymore. smelled like wet dog, obvious flooding and the hallways smelled like marijuana. the staff is always nice and the price is decent.

Hello and thank you for the review, although I am confused about the mention of flooding, we have not had a flood in our hotel or in this area. We did encounter someone smoking marijuana in their hotel room and they were removed from our property. We do have rules about smoking and enforce them whenever someone breaks the rules. I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay at our hotel. I will share your feedback with the staff so we can continue to have better service.

Not good. AC unit was so loud that it woke us up every time it turned on. Floor we were on had an odor. Toilet got stopped up and when I asked the desk for a plunger they didn’t have one. I was told they would let me know when they found one. never got a call so 5 hours later at 3:30am I called the desk and asked for a room key to an empty room on the floor so we could use a toilet. Location and price

HI Molly, Thank you for the review, we did have an issue with one of our water heaters going down this weekend, we are so sorry about that. Anyone that had an issue with hot water was given a discount! So be looking for a credit to the card you used to stay with us!
