Poor The hotel itself was dirty. The elevator was dirty and smelled like smoke. The walls are also paper thin from late at night ti early morning i heard every single sound and noise in the rooms next to us. The room to the right of us has kids yelling and their tv could be heard from outside the room I liked the location of the hotel

Disappointing Not clean the room had a very bad smell i was not able to sleep the entire night The staff are nice

Outdated, not clean, broken things in room, smoke detectors covered in plastic, slow staff response. The sofa bed was broken after we were moved to an “upgrade”‘from our two queen bed to a king and sofa. They had no roll away bed, or other room. It was after midnight I had 6 hours to sleep and spent one of them dealing with this!! The wall are stained, peeling paint, stains on furniture, dirty shower, rusty hinges, musty smell, thin walls and slamming doors. Location and parking

Aweful! I’d send more photos if I could. Filthy, the elevator was never vacuumed, the room had no hair dryer, no cups with the ice bucket, the complimentary bar of soap to wash your hands was a crushed mess, the clock time was never set (I’m old, I can’t seeing the print on the clock to set the time correctly) the elevator button was destroyed and open, and we never got hot water to shower the first day we slept in late, it was only 9:30. Hello and thank you so much for the feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with your stay. I do wish that you would have called the front desk. We never received one complaint about hot water, and I personally vacuum the elevator several times a day. It gets used a lot and people bring stuff up and down. I apologize that it got dirty. Hair dryers are at the front desk for anyone to use, we try to keep them in the rooms but they often get taken. I hope you have a great New Year!

Nice but not effective When I arrived at the hotel, there was only one employee in the entire building. Although she was attentive, it was difficult to understand the lack of staff. The next day, breakfast was okay, but the juice machine was broken, there were no beverage options, no juice, no water, and all the coffee had run out. I went to talk to the staff, and guess what? I was the manager that was there working breakfast at the hotel when we had people call in due to the flu going around. I was working breakfast and could not leave to go get juice for the machine that had just went down right after breakfast started. It was ok Alex was a true sweetheart Yall need another elevator & how thing break like r potty handle r door how the lamp flickered on and r tv dnt want to turn on half the time then when it did it was in Spanish & it took us forever to figure it out The location

great except for the shuttle and water The shuttle service seemed confused. It took me 2.5 hours from booking at the airport to check-in. Water was only warm, not hot! room 121 Breakfast was average

Do Not Stay Here I don't recommend this property because: I asked for shuttle when reserving, my primary reason for choosing the property. I called and at 9:15 for shuttle arrival time, and was told "no shuttle". Ubered and was told I needed to arrange shuttle in advance at checkin. I was a stranded airline passenger, never planned to stay in dfw. Front desk cannot speak English, yet, lectured me, put me on hold never picking up, made check-in difficult, couldn't understand me, at all, no matter how much I repeated my reques... read more
