Our booking was cancelled. We hate that they cancelled on us, but they kept giving us the run around. So we just left it at that. They cancelled on us before we got there, so we never got the room...
Disappointing they didn’t have the room I booked. pretty disappointing after a long day of flying

We try to make sure that everyone has the room they want but sometimes things come up, there might be a broken AC and in this Texas heat, we try to make sure every room has a working COLD AC. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience, being disappointed after a long day of travel is terrible.
Horrible customer service We came from Oklahoma to visit Six flags over texas. My son had to be taken to the ER from the park due to a heat stroke. I called the hotel to inform them that we would not be staying in Texas and would be driving back to Oklahoma after getting discharged. They refused to work with me didn’t offer me credit or allowed me to cancel my reservation due to our family emergency the front desk wouldn’t even allow me to speak to the manager

You would have needed to go through Booking.com to try to get a cancellation. I have contacted Booking.com and they said that you did not reach out to them at all and there are no messages on the Booking.com portal. I wouldn’t stay here again, drive to the airport yourself The attitude of the front desk. I called in advance for the shuttle I was never told it would cost $25 a night. I used to work at a hotel we never charged for the shuttle. I called and the girl gave me the times ect but she failed to mention the fee for the shuttle until I was in Dallas. Nowhere on booking did it mention it either. I ended up just sleeping like 3 hours and taking my truck to the airport so I wouldn’t give them any more business. The location has a lot... read more

Hello, When you called you never mentioned that you needed to park your car here at our hotel, our shuttle service is free but parking your car at the hotel while you are gone, is not free. That is a package reservation deal, which you did not book nor pay for. We explained to you that the charge would be $25 (once, not per night) more to change to the package PARKSLEEPFLY. Wouldn't stay there again It's pretty bad when the airport has better quality tp than the hotel you're staying in. The whole 3rd floor smelled like cigarettes and weed in a "non smoking" hotel. The whole bathroom counter was broken in half with pieces just sitting in place and nothing to hold them there. The a/c made a loud noise all night. Located right off the freeway, and Free airport shuttle. The room was quite large and spacious with a microwave and decent size fridge

Disappointing On check-in was given a dirty room. the bad was unmade. I told staff I was asked if I was sure. the location. the staff was friendly.

Mediocre and expensive. The price. The food quality for breakfast. The cleanliness. The poor quality plumbing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The HVAC in the room barely worked. The thermostat on the wall didn't work. HVAC in the hallway didn't work. They were using portable HVAC system with exhaust attached to a makeshift window.
