Horrible and would not recommend!!! We have stayed here multiple times and holding our tongue. But I’ve had it. It’s hit or miss if you have hot water, they don’t put trash bags in the receptacles. And from the beginning the evening clerk has never charged a pet deposit, then on next stay decided to charge us. I asked why, they said it was policy . I said you never charge us on previous stays. Hello, Thank you for the review of our hotel, I’m sorry that you are not happy. We do not have any issues with hot water. In the policy when you booked this room it clearly states that we charge for pets. I am aware that we did a courtesy to you in the past and not charge when you were upset but in our policy we do charge for pets, we did not even charge you this time again because you were yelling so loudly in the lobby about our policy. Our prices for water and other drinks and food are posted, our bottled water is $2.
Comfy bed, the rest was really lacking. Poor maintenance and cleanliness. Housekeeper didn’t speak English but seemed friendly. Others looked like they would rather shoot you than smile. WORST thing was the loud AC unit in our room. Very loud and didn’t work well. Property overall seemed poorly maintained. Breakfast was ok but whoever was cooking was understaffed severely. People standing all around waiting on food. Poor service and no smiles.

Hello, I’m sorry you feel that way but no one was rude to you. You wanted to cancel your reservation after the cancellation policy and you got mad at the front desk agent for doing her job. Your credit card declined due to insufficient funds, so your reservation was canceled anyway.

Worst booking experience ever. Even Travel Lodge where I did stay said ANYBODY but booking.com. It was a lie saying it was smoking. If that lie would not have been told there would be no need for a cancellation. Now they want to charge me. Ma’am, no one told you that our hotel was a smoking hotel. You booked online with booking.com, and it plainly says 100% non smoking. You did not read the policy. You wanted to cancel and received a cancellation fee.

That is absolutely untrue. You could have checked in anytime after 3PM. You did not show up and are now wanting the no show fee refunded and we cannot do that. I am sorry that you did not read the policies before booking at our hotel.
Disappointing The misrepresented double queen bed room. Beds were at least full size, not queen like shown in photo. Very misleading, and when I inquired as to why, the response is that the hotel markets those beds as queen size, but it was barely room for me and my partner..I almost fell out of the bed. We always share a queen bed with no space issues. Never have I had that experience in a hotel. I paid more for the room than I've ever paid for any room before. I will never return to La Quinta. Thank you for the review. I’m sorry you were disappointed. Our two queen bed rooms have queen beds in the rooms. I offered to show you the measurements of the beds but you declined. The beds in the pictures are the same beds that are in our rooms.
For the price point, pick somewhere else The room smelled like feet as soon as you opened the door! The beds and pillows were so bad that we had to buy new pillows to even sleep. Feather stumps and lumps of hard material lined all the pillows. The toilet was clogged upon our arrival and we had to have maintenance in our room twice in three days.
