ok will not stay here again They said they did not come in to clean the rooms daily because of Covid however our room was not clean hair on the bathroom door and floor ran out of toilet paper and Kleenex and they would not give out extra towels.The staff and management act bothered by you if you ask them for or to do something. The hotel was in a good location

Hello, thank you for the review. I’m sorry you were not happy. We have had almost half of our staff out because of Covid and are trying hard to get back to normal. Management is for sure not brother by helping guests, but I’ve had Covid and just returned to work today after being very sick and I’m the manager. We are all just trying to do our best right now. Hotel is not maintained with a General Manager that needs to be tought customer service. I will be posting pictures and giving the Hotel a very poor rating on every site that I can. The bathtubs were rusted with mold in both the 1st and 2nd rooms I was given. When I tried to get a refund and leave I was told I could not get a refund for the first night by the GM. You did not find mold in either room, yes there was rust in the bathtub in the first room you were assigned but we moved you immediately, you were then upset because you had to control the AC on the AC in the room instead of the wall thermostat, which will be fixed as soon as all of the back ordered supplies come in. I have stayed here before, no problem, you have great staff but this was below average for my family our air did not work properly. There were some inappropriately dressed guests going to a party and I had 3 granddaughters who saw them. Friday night my hall and room smelled strongly like marijuana and again, I was embarrassed for my young granddaughters and a bit nauseous. good

Thank you for the review, we do try to make sure that guests are dressed appropriately but we cannot control everyone. We did not get a complaint about AC not working, we would have taken care of it immediately.
Bad Our booking couldn't be found after spending 30 mins waiting with a front desk employee who didn't have any idea what he was doing , luckily we were still able to get a room ,did I mention it was 130 am ,we were ready to go to bed ! We walked in the room ,there was a roach on the furniture , this place was terrible !!! Location is only good thing I can say ,but there are a dozen places nearby that I will go to nxt time

Poor The counter person McKenzie was rude not informative enough, chase me and told me at loud that I needed to pay for my drink but she was not at the counter I was embarrassed. Yet the next day all the girls where great thr lady the set up the breakfast was fabulous, I think you should consider replacing McKenzie. The hallway had a really bad smell.. Tha breakfast was very nice.

Nice hotel, watch for the local dirtbags who steal from cars in the parking lot. Parking lot security/cameras/ lights. My truck was broken into on Saturday night within view of the hotel front doors. Made for a pretty expensive stay overall. Lots of good things about this hotel! Clean, new, etc. Nice staff, good shuttle service, close to restaurants etc.

Did you let the front desk know. We would file a police report and review the camera footage.
