DISAPPOINTED, HORRIBLE WE DIDNT LIKE ANYTHING IT WAS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. WE WILL STICK WITH COMFORT SUITES AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE. No breakfast, coffee was always cold, water for hot chocolate was also cold,, beds were uncomfortable, there was dry rotten oranges in fruit basket,apples were no good, service was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only great experience we had was the help and assistance from from Ariel front desk gentleman.

Awesome The morning guy was rude! No customer skills!
Disappointing Staff did not wear masks properly (BAD). We had to move room cause A/C broke. MOTOR ON THE ELEVATOR KEPT US AWAKE (BAD). Alarm clocks kept on in other rooms keeping us awake. The bed was great and the room was clean.

Poor Staff treats you like They are your boss Pillows are awfully uncomfortable The noise of the air conditioner awake you during the night like a truck was in your room. BREAKFAST is a JOKE: A bag with water and a cereal bar Pandemic us not a excuse for such a POOR SERVICE. It's clean and well located

Tarrant County has restrictions for breakfast at this time, to make up for that we have lowered our rates and provide full breakfast bags to each guest. I will definitely look into the service you received while you were our guest. We want every guest to be happy with our hotel.
Fair The building was undergoing remodeling and I felt that this should have been noted when booking the hotel. The past three hotels I have stayed in have all been remodeling of some sort and I would love to avoid this in the future! There was also this very loud buzzing sound that happened every fifteen minutes or so. Thankfully, I packed a noise-machine to drown out any sounds so I could get a good night's sleep.
Okay They should have told you it was being remodeled before you booked it

Disappointing The hotel was doing construction. The strong paint smell and debri bothered my asthma. I had to walk around stuff all over the floor. There were people smoking marijuana on my floor and it smelled up the entire hall. The biscuits were so hard at breakfast the were not edible. Probably the worst hotel stay I have ever had The staff was friendly

It was hot in the area to eat because if construction. Had to ask 4 tines for dog poop to be removed The construction mess that we were not informed of Dog poop in the grass Hot Beds comfortable.

I will recommend other hotels. Front desk staff,rooms,a lot of problems whit air condition,cards to open door,dirty pool bathroom,bad actitud in some employees,some people friends of employees doing nothing in the hotel. Housekeepers service ,and one shuttle driver was good and efficient
