Bad The property itself was alright but the people in the room above us were stopping around until 1:30 am and we were not able to go to sleep until they finally went to bed.

Horrible staff and horrible stay room was hot no air conditioner room was not clean The staff was rude They put us in a room wiry no air conditioner it was broken and the room was so hot

Disappointing The communication with the shuttle was very difficult. We had to wait soooo long while it was very late in the evening. In that time we saw 3 different shuttles from the same hotel and other people arround us were picked up sooner. After a while we just took a taxi. It was close to the airport

Never again Our microwave, in the room, was dead. I called the desk. Maintenance guy not there so nothing they could do. I took the non functional microwave downstairs and took the one from the kitchen. We actually needed a unit in the room. The gal at the desk eventually came to pick it up. When i asked about compensation she said the manager, whom i asked to see, but was not on site, would never do a compensation. I was told come downstairs to use the microwave, if i needed it.

Customer service means everything make your guest feel welcomed. Booked king arrived did not have room put in room 115 next to elevator motor no guest should have to stay in this room to hear such a noise was told to come next morning to change rooms came to late asked to come to next morning put in 309 with pet advised could not be there etc. Only thing that I like was the housekeeping staff would greet me in mornings other than that I’ve stayed in many hotels this is first one I ever had to leave such a review.

We checked you into a room that we had available since you did not have a reservation for April 7th, the only room we had available at the time was a room with two queen beds, you were not even charged for the night of April 7th, as a courtesy for us having to make you move rooms.
Poor My daughter got 15 or so bites on her upper torso. No one else did. The hot tub did not work. If something is listed as having ,it needs to be working in proper order. Breakfast was good.

Disappointing pool was gross and they had it open, also the hot tub was black how is that even possible for someone to allow ppl inside staff was friendly
