The room we were put in hadn’t been cleaned at all and we showed up at 9pm so it was on the later side of the day. We did get moved to a room with two queen beds instead of one king which is ok. But at check out there was NO ONE at the front desk so we just wrote on the little envelope that our key card was in that we were checking out at 6:30 am.

Elevators didn’t work. They didnt have any ice. They charged me $75 for dog fee, which no one told me itd be that much. On Monday my husband went down to breakfast and they had already put up. Previously they mentioned breakfast ending at 10am.

Manager on staff and front desk staff extremely rude when I arrived to check in. Manager just stared at me with no welcome or hello before going back to gossiping with another guests about what “car show” people were staying there that night. For about 10 minutes. He never acknowledged my presence even after almost walking into me when he was done gossiping. The outside property was well taken care of with flowers and maintenance. Looks were very deceiving. The inside was not well kept. Out sink had a slow drain. Very disgusting. Noone came to check it out. The tub had rust water stains. Then they want you to do a 100.00 deposit for damages. However I had issues with my flight and late night availability soo. I have stayed at a Microtel plenty of times and this one disappointed me in many ways. Other than the outside maintenance and walkibg distance to the store and restaurant.

It was an ok option. Not super happy for the price and the service, it was a little price for the service they provide. We stay 3 night and I ask for towels and to get my room clean and apparently they got notify that the room was getting clean but it never happen.

The property was OK but needs a fevers we went 16 hours without power and i have yet to get a refund or email from the owner. Either way the rating won't Change.
