Area is questionable. I won’t stay here again. Hotel was ok. Hallways stunk Room was ok
Shocked! Ive never had a worse experience. No water for the first 3 hours. Was told at check in it would be 20 min. I would have went somewhere else.Was not able to get a room key until i returned at almost midnight. Due to management i will avoid staying at any La Quinta in the future.
Unfriendly staff, lack of housekeeping
There was nothing unique about this property. The bathroom had a walk in shower which I didn’t request. After each shower the water escaped to the entire bathroom floor which meant that I used extra towels to dry the floor. Roaches were found in the bathroom every day. On the day prior to check out a huge roach started crawling up my roommate’s leg. That did it for me so I headed to the front desk to make a complaint. I was and am a very disappointed.
Husband found roach and cricket in bedroom.
Upon checking in, we went to our room. After we got settled into our room, our 4 year old found 6 empty beer cans sitting on the shelf next to the tv. We travel and stay in hotel rooms a lot. This was a least favorite hotel. Will not stay here again.
The a/c unit wasn't working! 😏
When we arrived on check-in day,there was trash overflowing from the garbage can. It was everywhere.There was hair from someones previous stay on our pillows. There were crickets everywhere. Dead and alive.
Our lamp did not work. The security door guard was falling off and I had to borrow a swiss army knife from the front desk to screw it back in. There was absolutely no air conditioning in hallways and elevators. There was no shampoo in the shower, and when we called to have some brought up, the front desk person told us that only one person was working, so he couldn't.
