Cons: huge cockroach in pool area, hot tub had a foul odor, no towels in pool area, furniture in room was worn and dated, breakfast was horrible and the same menu every day, Pro’s: parking lot is well lit, room was clean, Wi-Fi was good, easy access to Arlington. Probably wouldn’t stay again unless it was a last resort.

The chairs/couch in the room had rips on them and were stained with pen marks, markers, and wet stains

Our room was dirty and had water stains everywhere. We walked into the hotel and the night guy was sitting to the left behind the counter. We stood there and stood there waiting to check in. We finally had to ring the bell and then he got up to check us in. And he really didn’t seem to want to. There wasn’t anyone at the desk when we had to leave. I ended up leaving our keys on the counter. Breakfast - wasn’t really one there. Bagel or toast. Kids were not impressed at all. So we stopped for food after leaving.

First room had mold in the bathroom second room door was not working right had to play with it longer then needed to

When we arrived at the hotel, we were not informed that we would need to sign up to take the free shuttle back to the airport. One driver named Shawn was nice and went out of his way to take us to a restaurant but the other driver did not pick us up. Then I’m the morning, Tony the shuttle driver told us we would have to wait an hour to get to the airport because we didn’t sign up. He was not busy and there was no one in the lobby. The front desk is staffed by one person who is usually on their personal phone and not too frie... read more

The room smelt moldy. There was no wash soap. The front desk workers were using heavy profanity.

The room said it would sleep 6 but when we got there they told us 2 people could sleep on the ground. They wouldn’t refund our money. Night staff said they would. Morning person said no way

Hole in wall from door latch, missing molding in bathroom, large unpainted patch in closet, mismatch paint patch in bathroom, one roll of toilet paper, 3 towels left for us, fridge didn’t cool. Lots of small things wrong made it not the best place to stay

The lobby chairs were lumpy and dingy, the bed and pillows were lumpy, the wait for the shuttle was 45 min at 11 pm in 94 degree temperatures and the check in was long because he had some computer issues. There was no instructions for the TV channels either.
