The picture on Expedia is very misleading. When we arrived, it took 25 mins to check in. The rooms have VERY poor lighting, there was hair in our shower..

Pee in the elevator(not sure if human or animal), no ice machine on the 4th floor, toilet barely flushed Outside looks terrible….overflown trash cans, VERY deceiving from the pics online… Broken lights, stained building, trash everywhere, sketchy part of town

We stayed there before it was great. Went a couple of weekends ago and it was a horrible experience being in the heat all day then to come back to a hotel with no ac working when they knew it was broke and no more rooms available they were booked . It was late we had to go to Walmart and get fans then there was hair all over the beds had to get new bedding stuff it was a horrible experience!

The staff member at the front desk needs to find a new job. Rude, arrogant and not helpful. I didn’t choose you’re job but you should find something else. You’re job is customer service not what you offer.

Sadly, this place is a noise factory. An acoustics engineer should study the rooms. Each one magnifies the sounds from the other rooms. The doors slam shut with the force of hurricane gusts. The air condition sounded like someone throwing metal at a fan. The refrigerator sounded like a horror film score.

Property was generally dirty, smelled of bad disinfectant, stacked furniture in coffee shop.
