I saw roaches in my room. Tv was very small and outdated. The property is unappealing.

The hotel is a budget offering in a good location for the universities. The best thing about the hotel was the coffee. Surprisingly high quality. The staff was also nice. There are no refrigerators in the rooms. Which is inconvenient. The one thing that even budget hotels need to get right is the bed. The bed at the hotel was terrible. Torture to try to sleep on. It was soft and lumpy. It must be very old. Very hard to get a good nights sleep and got up early because I couldn’t take it any longer.

Needs better customer service Gigi did her best to make up for the inconvenience of the customer service that I was given upon arrival and better breakfast is a must.

Took almost an hour to check in. One person working at the front desk no sense of urgency
Hair found in bedding
The bed sheets didn’t smell clean, they look yellow and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom
The room service was ok but the pool was disgusting unfortunately we are in Florida and the pool is crucial during vacations
